SnapQual (“SnapQual,” “we,” “us”) is a service of Gold Patrons Data Technology. This policy explains what information we collect when you use SnapQual to request an on-the-spot soft pre-qualification, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you fill out a soft pre-qualification, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, contact details, self-reported income, monthly debts, estimated credit score, employment details, down-payment and budget figures, eligibility for special programs, and any notes. If you apply jointly, we also collect that information for the co-applicant. Real-estate professionals who use SnapQual provide their account details and their property listings.

How we use it

We use the information solely to (a) generate a preliminary, self-reported soft pre-qualification estimate, (b) deliver that estimate to you on screen and by email, and (c) share it with the real-estate professional or company hosting the listing you applied to, so they can follow up with you. We do not perform a hard credit pull, and a soft pre-qualification is not a credit decision or an offer of credit.

Who we share it with

Your submission is shared with the listing’s owner (the agent, lender, brokerage, or company) so they can follow up with you. We also use trusted service providers to run SnapQual — hosting (Vercel), our database and file storage (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend) — who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information only if required by law.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or tradeyour information — to data brokers, advertisers, lead aggregators, lenders, other providers, or anyone else. When you apply through a real-estate professional or brokerage’s listing, your information goes only to that agent or brokerage (and to the service providers that operate SnapQual on our behalf). It is never sold, monetized, or handed off to any other company or person.

Not a consumer report

SnapQual is an estimating tool based only on the information you self-report. It is not a consumer report, and we are not a consumer reporting agency, a lender, or a mortgage originator.

Retention & security

We retain submissions for as long as needed to provide the service and for the listing owner’s follow-up, then delete or anonymize them. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information, though no method is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the email below. SnapQual is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
